Processors and Recipients

Pineware Oy may use trusted service providers to host the website, manage consent, measure consented analytics, process payments, deliver downloads and licenses, provide support, and meet accounting obligations. Current site-related providers include Cookiebot for consent management, Vercel for hosting and consented analytics, and Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax, receipts, eligible refunds, and license delivery. Vercel Blob is used to deliver the product installers.

International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Finland or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, Pineware Oy relies on the provider to use appropriate safeguards, such as EU adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
