Website Use

You may use this website to learn about Splinter Audio, listen to demo audio, download MetalGuitarEQ, purchase a license, and access legal or support information. You must not disrupt the website, redistribute protected assets, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.

Checkout, Price, and Delivery

MetalGuitarEQ costs €39.99 including applicable taxes. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, tax, receipts, order delivery, and eligible refunds under its applicable terms.

After a completed order, Lemon Squeezy sends the license key to the email address used at checkout. The Windows and macOS installers are downloaded from Splinter Audio's download service.

Trial and License

MetalGuitarEQ includes a fully functional 14-day trial. After the trial expires, the plugin stops applying processing until a valid license is activated. It does not intentionally mute or interrupt source audio.

A purchased license is perpetual and includes 3 activations for up to 3 devices. Internet access is required once for activation. Normal use works offline afterward. The license includes lifetime MetalGuitarEQ updates if updates are released, but no update schedule or specific future feature is promised.

You must not resell, share, crack, bypass, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin, license credentials, installer, or other protected files.

Compatibility

MetalGuitarEQ 1.0.0 supports Windows 11 X64, Intel Macs running macOS 10.13 or later, and Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 11 or later. The macOS build is Universal 2. MetalGuitarEQ is compatible with DAWs that support VST3. You are responsible for checking the published compatibility information and using the free trial before purchase.

Refunds and Statutory Rights

MetalGuitarEQ includes a fully functional 14-day free trial so that you can test the plugin and confirm compatibility before purchasing.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are final once digital delivery has begun, and we do not offer voluntary refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights if the product is defective, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the purchase agreement. Purchases and eligible refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Intellectual Property

MetalGuitarEQ, demo audio, images, screenshots, copy, logos, and interface visuals are protected by copyright and other applicable rights. A license lets you use the plugin in your own music production and audio work; it does not transfer ownership of the software or site content.

Liability

Pineware Oy aims to keep the website and product information accurate and useful. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Pineware Oy is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost projects, lost data, or production interruptions arising from use of the website or the plugin. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
